PROGRAM DETAILS
Duration: It will run the 3 weeks prior to tryouts
Schedule: 3 Sessions Per Week (dates, time TBD)
Total: 9 High-Performance Training Sessions
Session Length: 55 Minutes
Location: 613 Fitness
Spots: Limited Small Group Training — maximum enrolment is 14 athletes
