Managing Your Workouts
TrainHeroic
You can view your workouts in TrainHeroic and log your results. When your membership begins, you’ll receive an email inviting you to join TrainHeroic. Follow the instructions and you’ll quickly see the programming for Fit, Lift, Engine, and Mobility. Note that weekend and holiday programming are not normally posted in TrainHeroic … these days are fun surprises.

Your Success
Remember to be patient in your training and work on the right things. To achieve safe, efficient, and maximum output, you must have good technique. To have good technique, you must have sufficient mobility.
MOBILITY —> TECHNIQUE —> OUTPUT
The coaches are there to guide you through the training safely and to make sure you challenge yourself appropriately.
If you ask questions and are receptive to feedback, you’ll get the most out of your membership. Remember, you’re paying for the programming and the coaching.
Others define accomplishments. By setting out what matters to you, you define success!
Your training will make a difference in your life. Think about what’s motivating you to come and how your training is making you healthy enough to enjoy life.
Set short and midterm goals to help keep you focused. You can and should post these on the goal board in the gym. Make them SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-Bound).
Book a 15-minute “613 Check-In” at no charge for members to help set your goals, assess your progress, or discuss anything about your health and fitness.
Bring Someone
Family Discount — Immediately family members in the same household receive a 20% discount on each subsequent and equal or lesser membership (full price for the first membership and each one thereafter receives the discount).
Family Fitness — Get your kids active, and tell them to bring a friend! Check out our Teen program.
Referrals — Get 10% off your next month’s membership when someone you referred buys a membership!
